Purchased credits have no expiry. Failed or blocked renders return credits; this is a credit return, not a cash refund. A new generation uses credits again.
Yes. Your pack adds credits to your account: each 480p video uses 10 credits, and each 720p video uses 22. Original and Custom crowd modes cost the same. For example, the 66-credit Friends pack covers three HD 720p videos, or six 480p videos with 6 credits left. Those credits can combine with a later purchase. Each new generation uses credits, including another attempt with the same photo.
You can watch our examples and preview your selected photo for free. The photo preview is not a generated video. Signing up does not include free credits or a free video. To generate, sign in and purchase a video pack through PayPal. Each HD 720p video uses 22 purchased credits; each 480p video uses 10. Use Google or an email sign-in link. Packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription.
Failed or blocked renders automatically return their reserved credits. This restores your balance; it does not refund your PayPal payment. If credits are missing, email support@bulin47-ai.com with the task ID. A completed video may have imperfect likeness, hands, clothing or lip sync. These variations do not automatically qualify for a refund, and another generation uses credits again. A damaged file, missing delivery or billing error is different: report it to support without paying for another attempt.
You can request a full pack refund within 7 days (168 hours) of completed payment if none of that pack’s credits have been consumed. Fully released reservations from failed tasks do not count as use. Email support@bulin47-ai.com with your account email and order ID. Requests are reviewed manually; pending tasks must be resolved first. Approved refunds go through PayPal and remove the corresponding credits. Billing errors, service defects and applicable consumer rights are handled separately.
There is no guaranteed completion time. Processing depends on the AI service and may take longer when it is busy. You can close the page while your task runs in the background. Sign back into the same account to check progress or find the result in My videos. Closing the page does not cancel the task. If progress stays unchanged, email support@bulin47-ai.com with the task ID before submitting another generation.
Only if you have the necessary rights. Buying credits does not license the original footage, soundtrack or anyone’s likeness. A watermark-free download does not guarantee clearance for ads or other commercial use. Upload only yourself or an adult who has authorized this AI processing. The current workflow does not allow photos of minors, celebrities or public figures. Outputs are not guaranteed to be exclusive or copyright-protected. Follow the rules of the platform where you share them, including any AI disclosure requirements.
