# Bulin 47 AI — Results, saving and troubleshooting

Purpose: Find, review and download a result; troubleshoot failed or delayed tasks.

Use the same signed-in account to find task history and download completed videos. Closing a page after the server accepts a task does not cancel that task.

## Output
The current export is an approximately 23.17-second vertical MP4 with original preset audio, at 30 fps. 480p exports are 480 × 834; 720p exports are 720 × 1250. The source's framing is preserved rather than promising an exact 9:16 ratio. No watermark is added by the application. The preset source is about 23.15 seconds; current completed example files report 23.17 seconds after export at a whole-frame boundary. The audio is the original performance, not the uploaded person's voice; exact lip sync is not guaranteed.

## Find and save
After successful submission, the task continues in the background. Return to the same signed-in account's [My creations](https://bulin47-ai.com/my-creations) to see task status and completed videos. The studio shows generation stages and then a player, download control and options for returning to photo selection. Download a local copy you want to retain; service availability is not permanent-storage assurance.

## Problems

- Invalid photo: use a non-empty JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB per file; Custom needs exactly four crowd photos in addition to the lead.
- Email sign-in: click the one-time link in the email within 5 minutes; there is no numeric code to enter. If sending fails, check the address and try again. See [sign-in guidance](https://bulin47-ai.com/pricing.md#accounts-and-free-preview).
- Insufficient credits: check quality cost and [your balance](https://bulin47-ai.com/credits); a local preview or completed sign-in does not grant a free generation. Current gift and pack conditions are in [pricing.md](https://bulin47-ai.com/pricing.md).
- Queue or unchanged progress: no fixed completion time is guaranteed. Check your saved task before submitting another generation. Contact support with the task identifier if it remains stuck.
- Failed or blocked job: reserved credits should return automatically. Contact support if they do not.
- Completed but imperfect result: inspect faces, hands, clothes, occlusion and the segment join around 15 seconds. A rerender is another paid generation.
- Damaged file, missing delivery or incorrect billing: report the defect without purchasing another attempt just to report it.
