# Bulin 47 AI — Photo processing and privacy

## Media and third parties
Selecting a photo creates a local browser preview. Submitting uploads photos to object storage and associates the task with your account. Photos, generated character references, custom crowd inputs, prepared performance clips and instructions go to KIE and upstream AI providers. The application retrieves and assembles segments, restores preset audio and stores the result. Account email and profile name are not included in model-generation requests.

The team does not train or fine-tune models on your media. A contractual no-training commitment covering every upstream provider has not been verified; do not interpret the team's commitment as a guarantee about those providers. Authorized team members may access data for support, troubleshooting, safety or legal requests. Service providers also handle authentication, payments, email, hosting, database and usage/performance data as described in the policy.

## Publication and access
Uploads and results are not automatically published in the examples or marketing. Publication requires separate optional permission identifying the final video and use; generation consent alone is insufficient. The current generator has no public-display opt-in control, so submitting a job does not make its media eligible for public examples. Media is delivered through direct file URLs: anyone with a working link may be able to access it without signing in. This is not access-restricted private storage.

## Retention and deletion
The policy targets six-month retention for input photos and character references, but that automatic cleanup has not been verified as running and files may remain longer. Final videos have no scheduled automatic expiry. Intermediate copies, provider copies and backups do not have a verified end-to-end deletion procedure. Removing a My creations history entry does not erase stored files. Contact support for actual media/account deletion and download important results.

## Account data, providers and requests

The policy covers account/sign-in details, generation and credit records, payment records, technical/session data and support messages as well as media. Google sign-in does not import your Google Photos, Gmail or Drive files. Payment credentials go to the payment provider; the application does not store full card numbers or security codes. Providers listed in the policy include KIE/upstream AI providers, infrastructure services, Google, PayPal, Brevo and Vercel analytics/performance services where enabled.

Depending on applicable law, requests may cover access, correction, deletion, export, restriction or objections. Email support, preferably from your account address, with the request and relevant task identifiers. Proportionate verification may be needed. Settings do not currently provide complete correction, export or account-deletion controls, and revoking Google access does not delete the account or files. Requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines; no universal response period is asserted here.

The policies identify US operation, but that does not establish that every provider stores data only in the US. Do not submit media requiring assurances the service cannot currently provide.
