Bulin 47 AI turns an authorized adult's photo into a character-replacement version of a preset Bulin 47 freestyle performance. The reference footage and instructions are built in. Custom mode adds exactly four single-person crowd photos to replace selected surrounding people. The user does not upload a seven-view sheet: the backend generates one composite character reference from the lead photo. Outputs are vertical MP4s, approximately 23.17 seconds, with the preset performance's original sound. Available exports are 480p and 720p, without an added watermark. This does not clone the user's voice or change the lyrics. ## Before submitting Every depicted person must be 18 or older, authorize the processing and meet the [content rules](https://bulin47-ai.com/terms.md). JPG, PNG and WebP are accepted, up to 10 MB per image. Sign-in is required. A new 480p video uses 10 credits; 720p uses 22. Watching examples and selecting a photo for local preview are free, but preview does not generate a video. ## Scope and limits This is a preset freestyle workflow, not a general prompt-to-video editor. No public developer API or MCP integration is documented; authenticated internal browser endpoints are not a public Agent API. Generation requires sign-in, enough credits and photo permission. Likeness, hands, clothes, background and lip sync can vary. Custom crowd identities may drift during occlusion or between segments. Use this guide to prepare photos and submit the built-in freestyle workflow. You upload ordinary single-person photos, not a seven-view character sheet. ## Required photos - One clear lead-character photo for Original mode; that photo plus exactly four separate crowd-person photos for Custom mode. - JPG, PNG or WebP, non-empty and at most 10 MB per image (10,485,760 bytes). Convert HEIC to JPG before uploading. - Show face, hair, clothes and upper body. Prefer front-facing, well-lit photos with one person and no sunglasses. - Every depicted person must be 18 or older and authorize this AI processing. Do not upload minors, celebrities or public figures. Original fictional adult images require the necessary rights. ## Steps 1. Open [the studio](https://bulin47-ai.com/#create) and add one lead photo. 2. Choose Original to keep the original crowd as the generation target, or Custom and upload four crowd photos through the multi-file box. Upload order assigns these four roles; changing the order changes the assignment: - 1: right-foreground phone/speaker holder, usually seen from behind. - 2: rear-left bystander, bald and in a dark shirt near the start of the source. - 3: rear-center patterned-shirt bystander, immediately behind the lead on the right. - 4: separate rear-right bystander in a dark collared jacket, behind the patterned-shirt person. This is not a distant stairway person. 3. Select 480p (10 credits) or 720p (22 credits). Both crowd modes cost the same. 4. Confirm photo permissions, sign in and submit with sufficient credits. 5. Follow the generation stages. Once submission succeeds, you can leave and return to [My creations](https://bulin47-ai.com/my-creations). 6. Watch the complete result and download the MP4. Each new attempt uses credits. ## Processing and limits Photo selection alone is a local preview. Submission uploads the photos. KIE's third-party workflow creates a seven-view lead reference, generates two performance sections and assembles the final video with original audio. The current implementation uses Nano Banana 2 for the character reference and Wan 3.0 for video; providers and availability may change. No filming, user-written prompt, user-supplied source clip or uploaded seven-view sheet is required. The generation display reflects task stages, not a guaranteed completion time. There is no user cancellation control; closing the page does not cancel the job. Four-person substitution is attempted, not guaranteed: occlusion and segment joins can change identity. Generation is not an automatic rights clearance service. Original and Custom cost the same. Credits are reserved on submission, consumed on successful completion and released if the task fails or is blocked. Credits can be mixed between qualities. These are one-time PayPal purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry under the current policy. A displayed pack is not purchasable if checkout is unavailable. Review the total, disclosed taxes and any payment-provider conversion charges before paying. Credits are non-transferable; no scheduled expiry does not guarantee that generation costs or features never change. ## Accounts and free preview Generation, purchases and access to your saved task history require sign-in. Google and email-link sign-in are the available interface options. For email sign-in, enter your address, choose Continue with Email, then open the email and click its one-time link within 5 minutes. No code is entered in the login dialog. A failed send should leave the dialog open with an error; a successful request shows Check your email. Delivery and Google sign-in depend on service availability. Watching public examples and selecting a photo for local preview are free; preview is not video generation. The current new-user gift is 2 credits, valid for 30 days; it does not cover one 10-credit generation. Do not confuse failed-render credit returns with a PayPal cash refund. Completed aesthetic imperfections do not automatically qualify for either; a new attempt consumes credits. Use the same signed-in account to find task history and download completed videos. Closing a page after the server accepts a task does not cancel that task. ## Output The current export is an approximately 23.17-second vertical MP4 with original preset audio, at 30 fps. 480p exports are 480 × 834; 720p exports are 720 × 1250. The source's framing is preserved rather than promising an exact 9:16 ratio. No watermark is added by the application. The preset source is about 23.15 seconds; current completed example files report 23.17 seconds after export at a whole-frame boundary. The audio is the original performance, not the uploaded person's voice; exact lip sync is not guaranteed. ## Find and save After successful submission, the task continues in the background. Return to the same signed-in account's [My creations](https://bulin47-ai.com/my-creations) to see task status and completed videos. The studio shows generation stages and then a player, download control and options for returning to photo selection. Download a local copy you want to retain; service availability is not permanent-storage assurance. ## Problems - Invalid photo: use a non-empty JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB per file; Custom needs exactly four crowd photos in addition to the lead. - Email sign-in: click the one-time link in the email within 5 minutes; there is no numeric code to enter. If sending fails, check the address and try again. Check your saved task before submitting another generation. Contact support with the task identifier if it remains stuck. - Failed or blocked job: reserved credits should return automatically. Contact support if they do not. - Completed but imperfect result: inspect faces, hands, clothes, occlusion and the segment join around 15 seconds. A rerender is another paid generation. - Damaged file, missing delivery or incorrect billing: report the defect without purchasing another attempt just to report it. Removing a history entry hides it; it does not erase stored media. File or account deletion needs a support request. This is an operational summary of the [Privacy Policy](https://bulin47-ai.com/privacy), not a replacement for its full terms. ## Media and third parties Selecting a photo creates a local browser preview. Submitting uploads photos to object storage and associates the task with your account. Photos, generated character references, custom crowd inputs, prepared performance clips and instructions go to KIE and upstream AI providers. The application retrieves and assembles segments, restores preset audio and stores the result. Account email and profile name are not included in model-generation requests. The team does not train or fine-tune models on your media. A contractual no-training commitment covering every upstream provider has not been verified; do not interpret the team's commitment as a guarantee about those providers. Authorized team members may access data for support, troubleshooting, safety or legal requests. Service providers also handle authentication, payments, email, hosting, database and usage/performance data as described in the policy. ## Publication and access Uploads and results are not automatically published in the examples or marketing. Publication requires separate optional permission identifying the final video and use; generation consent alone is insufficient. The current generator has no public-display opt-in control, so submitting a job does not make its media eligible for public examples. Media is delivered through direct file URLs: anyone with a working link may be able to access it without signing in. This is not access-restricted private storage. ## Retention and deletion The policy targets six-month retention for input photos and character references, but that automatic cleanup has not been verified as running and files may remain longer. Final videos have no scheduled automatic expiry. Intermediate copies, provider copies and backups do not have a verified end-to-end deletion procedure. Removing a My creations history entry does not erase stored files. Contact support for actual media/account deletion and download important results. ## Account data, providers and requests The policy covers account/sign-in details, generation and credit records, payment records, technical/session data and support messages as well as media. Google sign-in does not import your Google Photos, Gmail or Drive files. Payment credentials go to the payment provider; the application does not store full card numbers or security codes. Providers listed in the policy include KIE/upstream AI providers, infrastructure services, Google, PayPal, Brevo and Vercel analytics/performance services where enabled. Depending on applicable law, requests may cover access, correction, deletion, export, restriction or objections. Email support, preferably from your account address, with the request and relevant task identifiers. Proportionate verification may be needed. Settings do not currently provide complete correction, export or account-deletion controls, and revoking Google access does not delete the account or files. Requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines; no universal response period is asserted here. The policies identify US operation, but that does not establish that every provider stores data only in the US. Users under 18 or without contractual capacity need a parent/guardian to accept the terms and authorize use and purchases. This does not allow images of minors: every depicted person must be 18 or older, and celebrities/public figures are excluded. Use only your own image or an authorized adult's image, or an original fictional adult image you have rights to use. Permission must cover every person in Custom inputs and authorize third-party AI processing. Permission to generate does not automatically authorize publication or commercial use. ## Content and commercial use You must have the rights needed for the images, likenesses, source footage, music and intended use. Buying credits or downloading without a watermark does not grant footage, soundtrack, brand or likeness licenses. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, exclusive or copyright-protected. Sharing or commercial use requires your own permissions checks and compliance with the destination platform, including applicable AI disclosures. Do not use the service for unauthorized impersonation, false endorsements, deception, harassment, unlawful content, payment fraud or bypassing moderation/access controls. Other prohibited conduct is listed in the terms. Do not present an AI-generated performance as an authentic recording or endorsement. Generation requires an authenticated account and valid permission confirmation. Publication in our examples requires separate optional authorization for the final video and proposed use, not merely generation consent. The generator currently has no public-display opt-in control. ## Service limits Provider moderation, queues and availability can affect tasks. Faces, hands, clothing, backgrounds and mouth movement can vary. There is no fixed delivery-time or exact-likeness guarantee and no user cancellation control after submission. Closing a browser is not cancellation. Failed-render credit returns and cash-refund eligibility are different policies. Statutory rights and actual service defects are not dismissed merely because a task is marked completed. ## Ownership, reports and account closure You retain rights you lawfully hold in your inputs and generated contributions; the team does not claim ownership of them. Processing permission is limited to delivery, library maintenance, support, security and legal needs under the terms and retention policy. It is not unrestricted permission to train on or market your media. Rights you do not hold are not granted by the service. Report unauthorized likeness use, infringement or other abuse to support with a content URL or task identifier and relevant context; do not redistribute illegal material. Decisions may be reviewed through the support channel. Voluntary account closure does not itself refund used credits or packs outside the refund rules. They do not automatically refund a PayPal purchase. Fully released reservations do not count as consumed pack credits. A completed video with expected AI imperfections is not automatically a failure or a refundable pack; another attempt uses credits. ## Unused-pack eligibility Request a full refund within seven days (168 hours) of completed payment, provided none of that particular pack's credits have been consumed. Eligibility is based on that pack's records, not just your total balance. Pending reservations need their outcome established before approval. Requesting a refund does not cancel a running job; avoid new submissions during review. Ordinary change-of-mind or leftover-credit partial refunds are unavailable after the window or after pack usage. Promotional credits have no cash value. Billing errors, unreadable files, missing delivery, other defects and applicable legal rights are assessed separately. Permanent shutdown has a separate unused-paid-credit refund provision independent of the seven-day window. ## Request Email [support@bulin47-ai.com](mailto:support@bulin47-ai.com) with account email, pack, order/transaction identifier if available, payment date/amount/currency and relevant task identifiers. Do not include passwords, full card numbers or payment credentials. Contact support within the deadline even if you cannot find every identifier. Requests are reviewed manually; there is no self-service instant cash-refund control. Approved cash refunds go through PayPal to the original payment method and remove the corresponding credits. ## Published review and processing times The [refund policy's processing section](https://bulin47-ai.com/refund-policy#processing) states that support responds within 1–2 business days, and completes review within 1–2 business days after receiving the required information and resolving pending tasks. Approved refunds are issued within 1–2 business days after approval. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. If more investigation is needed, the team explains the delay and gives an updated expected decision date. PayPal/bank arrival time is separate and not guaranteed to be instant. ## Shutdown refunds and consumer rights For permanent shutdown, the published calculation is: amount paid for a purchase × remaining unused, unrevoked paid credits ÷ original paid credits. Previously refunded/reversed amounts and gift credits are excluded; pending tasks must first settle or release. This separate rule can cover partially used packs outside seven days. Accepting terms or starting generation is not a blanket waiver.
